REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY: In this competitive atmosphere we must maintain a strict return and exchange policy.
YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RETURN OF ITEMS, AND GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION, BEFORE RETURNING ITEM(S). REQUESTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.
If you are returning products for any reason such as but not limited to: you ordered the wrong product, you have had a change in your diet, a specific taste preference, specific ingredient preference, a change in your health or side effects, or that your health care provider recommends different products, are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee of the total cost of the returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance for return shipping.
If the customer requests an exchange of product, the customer will be responsible
for the 25% restocking and handling fee and all related shipping charges. Each returned product must be returned unopened, undamaged and in new condition. All packets or bars must be present for each individual box that is returned. There are no partial credits for an individual box that is missing packets or bars.
Our return and refund policy is specifically designed with our customers in mind, so that we may provide you with safe high quality products at the most affordable prices. Our shipping methods will allow your order to arrive in good condition and in within a reasonable time frame. We will send your order via UPS ground service, unless you have specifically requested another UPS shipment method. We cannot be held responsible for shipment delays or for damaged products due to severe weather, transportation problems and/or backordered products.
In the event you have ordered a product that is on backorder from the distributor, we will ship the items that we have available. We will then ship the backordered items when they become available to us if the items total a minimum of $7.50. If the back-ordered items are less than $7.50, we contact you and advise you that we have cancelled that part of your order and that we have credited your account accordingly. This will not affect your shipping charges if you have earned free shipping.
